Returns Policy

Ready-to-Ship Items

We accept returns on ready-to-ship items within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Items that have been altered, damaged, or show signs of wear will not be accepted for return.

Pre-Order Items

Pre-order items are made specifically for you and cannot be returned unless they arrive defective or damaged. If you receive a defective pre-order item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the defect.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. 1Email us at hello@seekfashion.ng with your order number and reason for return.
  2. 2Our team will review your request and provide return shipping instructions within 24 hours.
  3. 3Ship the item back to us using the provided instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
  4. 4Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund in your account.
